Invisible Ink

Effect: Make invisible ink to hide secret information!

Materials:
-Lemon Juice
-Toothpick or paintbrush
-Paper
-Light bulb or Electric Iron

Method 1:
1. Pour a little lemon juice in a glass and soften the point of the toothpick with it.
2. Write your secret message while frequently dipping the toothpick or paintbrush into the juice.
3. Use the lightbulb or electric iron to heat the paper and make the ink visible! The message should have a brown color. Don't use a halogen bulb to heat up the paper, or it might catch fire!

Method 2:
1. Mix equal parts of baking soda and water.
2. Use brush or toothpick to write message.
3. Use a heat source such as a light bulb to read the message, or you can paint over the paper with purple grape juice and the writing will turn a different color.
